About Us
Lender Coalition
The Warehouse Lending Project is a developing coalition of independent mortgage bankers that are working together to address this vital issue.
The lenders that are members of this coalition have two things in common --
- They depend upon warehouse lines of credit from banks to finance their mortgage business;
The issue of ensuring ample warehouse lending capacity is of vital importance to their business, their customers and their communities, and they are dedicated to finding common sense solutions to this important problem.
Staff
Glen Corso -former Group Senior Vice President with The PMI Group, Inc. Mr. Corso has over 33 years of experience in mortgage banking and mortgage insurance with expertise in government relations, capital management, finance, and public policy.
Robert Engelstad - former Senior Vice President with Fannie Mae. Mr. Engelstad has over 30 years experience in mortgage banking with expertise in mortgage underwriting, property valuation, mortgage servicing (including loss mitigation), REO sales, quality assurance, counterparty risk management, and product/portfolio assessment.
Pete Mills - former Executive Vice President for Public Affairs at Countrywide Financial Corporation. He has more than 25 years of expertise in public affairs, government relations, public policy and research, all in the mortgage and consumer finance industry.
